  We have found that the best diet for humans is one that is made up of those foods that were originally given to us by our Creator. When grains, fruits, nuts and vegetables are eaten in their whole, unrefined state they are the most nutritious. They have the vitamins, minerals, fiber, protein, sugars, fats and other nutrients that our bodies need in a wonderful balance that is easy for the body to digest. Since animal products were not what we were designed to subsist upon, we do not teach how to use them. Animals are second hand food and we believe that only whole plant foods are best.

 We teach our guests how to prepare meals from those whole plants that are both tasty and nutritious. We teach how to sweeten a dessert without sugar, how to “fry” without grease or oil, and how to season without the use of harmful irritating spices or other health destroying products.  

We teach you the difference between refined, processed foods that are high in fats, salt and sugar but lacking in nutrition and taste and foods that are whole and truly natural.

 We teach the difference between natural fats and sugars that you can eat in abundance and the refined fats and sugars that make you sick.

 This way of eating is simple, convenient and provides an abundance of energy.

It is not a diet that is restricting or narrow but it includes hundreds of foods and flavors you may have never experienced or of which you have never even heard. You will experience a taste adventure; new foods that that will tickle your taste buds and aromas that will tantalize you senses.  You will not find tasteless, "cardboard" flavored meals here!

 We buy organic foods as often as possible. The reason for this is because of the superior flavor and texture that you can only get from organically grown products. Fruit and vegetables are sweeter and juicier, grains are more flavorful and all of them are packed with more vitamins and minerals when they are organic. Produce grown organic also has a wonderful aroma that you can’t get from inorganic produce. When is the last time you could smell the tomatoes or pineapple in the grocery store?
